Recenzja książki Jonathana Cotta – „Yoko i John”

Review of the book “Days That I’ll Remember. Spending Time With John Lennon and Yoko Ono” by Jonathan Cott on www.artmundus.pl

After the break, we go back to the review presentation on the ArtMundus website. And we start out with a few words about Jonathan Cott’s book, “Days That I’ll Remember. Spending Time With John Lennon and Yoko Ono”.

A Rolling Stone journalist has had the opportunity to meet and talk to John Lennon and Yoko Ono many times, so this book includes both his memories of those meetings and records of conversations and interviews.

We encourage you to read the book, published in Poland by Znak publishing house in 2013, but also to read a few words about it at this LINK.

Excerpt from the review: „Jonathan Cott was extremely lucky, he was not only a journalist who had the opportunity to talk to Ono and Lennon many times, but he became their kind of friend and even a confidant of personal considerations. The artists talked to him in a different way than with journalists, they allowed themselves more personal interjections, looser behavior, thus showing their true selves.”
